HDFC Bank — Without my permission one assist activate to my credit card account

Haii this is sagar Dindalakoppa,
I using hdfc credit card and without my permission your one assist plan will activate to my card and you cut 1899 amount for this plan on June month ... I don't want this plan please refund my amount.
