HDFC Bank — without telling automatically renewed service

I do not want this one assist wallet service.
They did not tell me how to cancel after calling sooo many times as well.
First I have called to their customer support then they said it will get cancel & after two days I have got a msg from oneassist stating that it is renewed.
Such a game they are playing with me.
Already they did it one year before and now doing the same.
Please help me out.
