Iam planning to close the my hdfc credit card. Due to the worst customer experience. Last friday i got call from one of your representative name mahnea tiruvanmiur branch. Chennai. She spoke like rowdy. She dont know how to speak with customer. I forger last month minimum due i agree with that. I said iam planning to pay full amount in before 28th she said u cant pay even 4000 then how will you pay 41000. And also she speak like rowdy kind of speach i cant explain here. I dint sleep past 2days past 8 years iam the customer of hdfc bank now im shame on this kind of worst bank.
