I tried contacting the customer service executive through phone banking. Everybtime they will make me wait at least 10-15mins then the call gets connected. After waiting all this time the call gets muted at stays like that forever untill or unless i disconnect the call. Its a complete waste of time and the balance will not get ipdated online ontime, it shows wrong credit card due amount even after paying the due. It wont get updated.
