HDFC Bank — Worst customer support - I need update on Welcome kit & Debit card

Hello everyone,

I applied for HDFC Bank Max savings account two weeks back

I did video Kyc & account activated successfully

I also deposited 30k+ on my account

But I still didn't received my welcome kit & debit card

If I tweet them thaey are asking me call phone banking officer but without tele-identification number we can't do it

Tele identification number comes in the welcome kit which I didn't received yet

I sent over 6 emails regarding this but there is no reply from them

@hdfcbank if you see this post then give me a call on my registered number

Don't ask me submit a Q&A again

It did that close to to 6 times

I need to talk with savings account customer care executive directly
