Hi,
I called many times to hdfc bank complaint department hyderabad 6160 6161 to log a complaint and i found that they are just playing around with customers. Thats not the way to treat the customers. They are picking the call and just looping back to menu options where it again starts with selecting the options from beginning.
Again i reached the complaint department and they did the same. It happend for more than 5 times.
I called them from 2:00pm - 2:30 pm on jan 28, 2018.
Do they thing its a joke?
They don't care about customers?
What for they are getting paid?
Don't they respect customer's time?
I never expected this from hdfc back, and this is the worse experience i ever had with hdfc.
I belive complaints department should act more better tan anyone else.
