[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrong credit card bill and bank misguidance

Dear concern,

Pl help me to revarsal of the charge amount rs.2950/- which they said free from bank.
Now after commitmentgiven by staffs and bank manager they are not doing anything from madhyamgram branch, kolkata 700129.
They are harrisingharrising me and misguided also.
Please help.

I made a transaction of rupees 5000 on 29 august 2017 from my credit card to payzapp, money debited but not credited to payzapp account, transaction failled .when called to the customer care number no response at all.
