HDFC Bank — wrong credit card bill

From last 3 months i am getting wrong credit card statement. Even after paying the bill, the credit amount is again coming as bill.
This month, aug i have cleared all the bill, though the amount credited was more than the debited.
Then, also a bill of 12000 approx has came.
