HDFC Bank — wrong information provided by agents, now i fight for my own hard earned money

Address: #404, Siri Lotus Appartment, 3rd Floor,near Uttarahalli Main Road, Behind Karnataka Bank

Hdfc life agent made me sign a bond with false expectation stating, no penalties will be charged when i cancel my policy only the gst will be deducted. Now during corona i have family emergency and hdfc refuses to pay back my own hard earned money. I had deposited 310000 and they talk about paying me only 90000, when i want to terminate my policy, i don't need the ineterest i only need my own hard earned money, which i am now fighting for.

Raised escalations and complaints got no update. I warn you never go for any long term deposits through the agents. I got deceived. I need my 3lakhs back.

I need my 3lakhs deposited money, I was made to sign the wrong bond, where I was not told that there is a mid term termination risk
