Hello,
On 25th aug, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong idbi account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account [protected] but it got transferred to another account [protected].
Transaction id[protected]
I visited both the banks on monday and told them the incident in details.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
Idbi bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.
Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and idbi bank has to support.
Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.
