[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrongful deduction on failed atm transaction.

During atm withdrawal using sbi atm money was deducted fro my account but was not dispensed. I use another atm to withdraw money. To report this when i called the customer care i was told that as per the system the amount was dispensed but the atm did not dispense the money. Then i had to use another atm. I can provide more details if needed.
I am not sure if the confusion is between these two transactions. On the same day there were two deductions from my account but money was dispensed only once.

Updated by Srikanth BM The reference number for each transaction are different. First one was a failed transaction second one dispensed money. Both at different ATMs.
