dear respected sir i'm a premium nri customer with hdfc bank dealing for morethan 15 years with complete availed banking investment, fixed deposit, securities investment with trust on the bank been trusted customer
Till this incident dent my confidenceand trust on complete mishandling by authorised banking staff on reliance rightissue and it system error on net banking absa process, resulting loss of 80k inr of myinvestment,
By assuring personal banker this would be taken care from the back endthrough branch process, assured by phone, concall, whatsapp etc.. how it happen :- reliance right issue entitlement, bought from nsdl hdfc sec
Making secure payment on hdfc net banking absa using hdfcsec brokerage - > additional 375 shares reliance rights purchased from the stock market from the period (22nd may to 29th may) on delivery basis from nsdl open market, kindly refer to enclosed attachment for the same on the purchase transaction and delivery, purchase value of 80, 000 inr
When payment initiated for online payment through hdfc net banking (Got error msg recorded on 2nd june) and send immediately via whats app to take care to my nri personal banker to investigate as this transaction not allowed me to go ahead on payment for the securing rights (Reliance right shares x 375) as first transaction successfully done 8 shares
Nri personal banker staff– mr alpesh checked the error msg and immediately on 2nd june given assurance that this would be taken care after he checked with internal hdfc sec team (1st transaction is done for 8 x share allotted is process and balance 375 open market shares would be done through via bank back end before the cut off date 11th june and self-acknowledge given this by oncall, whatsapp., email etc when i learned that the 1st installment (375 x 312.5 rs) is not deducted from my savings account inspite of reserved amount in nri banking savings account, follow up email from my end done and till date same but no conclusion.
All the above communication screenshots are attached, for you'reunderstanding and below trailing email. with detailed ongoing discussion with the team until 16thjune consisting of mr vinay / mr alpesh/mr sanket / ms gauri. note : reliance team also declined to position toallocate the rights shares against it
Conclusion :- due to this negligence and misguided information byhdfc banking personnel, system error it has cost me loss of 80.000 inrwhich was purchasing value and investment loss of 2 lacs inr as share tradingat 700 inr (Stock trading 16th june) hence i'm entitled for compensation of my purchasevalue and loss of opportunity as no fault loss,
Looking forward on this matter to be resolved quickly and receiving your prompt reply to avoid loss of loyal hdfc premium customer,
Kindlyupdate me as soon as possible or i will have to consider an alternate course ofaction if there is no reply next 7 x days from date of email, failing which i shall advice to my legal adviser for redressal the same as per law of the land to recover my amount.
