I have opened a salary account in visakhapatnam dwarakanagar branch. Due to some reasons my application had sent back and i was told that i will receive my kit on monday 25 september. But i have not received anything. When i was trying to reach the concerned person by name miss divya who happened to be the person who take cares of these salary accounts is responding very rudely and is not providing any information
