HDFC Fastag — DFC is doing a fraud with their customers - by doing manual debit from their customers fastag wallet

I took the hdfc fastag in Nov2020 and since then they have deducted rs695 from my wallet thrice

In order to raise complaint I have made several calls to hdfc cust care [protected] and only got the response that you have to raise this issue to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

But no one replied to my emails till yet. and always i get the message from cust care is you will receive the refund in 15 days.

HDFC is doing a fraud with their customers.

Whenever i go outside of town and use fastag .. my fastag wallet get deducted as when i cross toll plaza and after that i always get the message of mannual debit of rs 695.

This instance happed with me thrice and noone gave me solution till yet.

I want to raise this issue to the wider forum, so that no one should buy hdfc fastag as they are doing fraud with their customers.

Definitely HDFC is doing fraud with their customers, there was multiple deduction of money from my Fast tag while my car was at home only. I called multiple times to customer care, but no action taken till today. Unfortunately I had to purchase Fast tag from another provider. Now I want to close my account but still cant have any means to do same.
