For an online transfer, I received an offer from HDFC bank and I made a purchase through its directed pages (https://offers.flatworldrewards.com/). HDFC bank's reward coupon code says Rs.1000 offer from the price. While adding the product to the cart, the coupon code was applied. I should be charged Rs.499 only. But while making payment, the entire sum without the said 1000 rs discount, Rs.1499/- was taken. The screen did not show how much money is going to be deducted. It all happened in the mid of Dec 2021. So far, I did not receive the product. I asked to cancel the order and refund the money. But there is no response. The contact number, email Id provided in the platform all seems fake. Raised a complaint with HDFC also. But nothing works out. HDFC bank should stop such fake promotional offers. Generally I wont believe in all such offers. Only because of the brand HDFC, I fell for it and made a loss.
