I also placed an order on 11th Dec 2021 through the same site. And there is no response either from their mail id or phone number on their website. On 28th Jan 2022, a girl named Prachi picked up my Whatsapp call and tols me to check back on Monday. So I called again today, 31st Jan 2022, and there is no response on Whatsapp. When I call on regular number, I get the message that the line is busy. Really pathetic state of affairs from HDFC. I called my CRM and also branch manager and they just washed their hands off! I have been an old customer but never experienced such flat responses. It seems HDFC as a brand is loosing its sheen. This new breed of employees dont seem to care a damn! Need to think of moving to another bank.
