Santevita Hospital — Fraud and Cheating People

Santavita is a fraud Hospital it is not a Hospital it's a 3 star hotel, where all the staff from receptionist to sweeper are good looking docto'r a good looking only they charge only too much they don'nt know how to dignose the desease and simply they dont know hot identify how to do treatment, because they don't have qualified doctors as well as they will charge you heavy. plz never go to this hospital other wise u face another problem and ur patient will never become well

In the intervening nights of[protected] &[protected] my wife Tamoshree Roy was admitted in santevita hospital for delivery. But soon after the delivery, she suffered cardiac arrest and developed neuro problems too. The treating doctor was Rashmi Rai who is a so called gynecologist.
My wife was admitted for aforesaid while after operation she went into coma and never returned even to normal life lying on the bed all along completely depending on others for daily chores. Hence santevita is solely and squairly responsible for the death of my wife.
I would request people never to visit this hospital even for the smallest thing. I also urge every one to raise their voice against such hospital which is taking away the lives of many innocent people like tamoshree and many others by saying some medical jargons. Santevita is not a hospital but a five star nursing home where house keeping staffs are more than patients and doctors put together.

Hospital has excellent infrastructure and well maintained. I have availed the facility twice once I got myself operated there for gall stone. Second got my daughter in law for delivery. Over all good experience But needs transparency in charges even in packaged deal lot of charges they add and wrong /excess medicine bills etc and little more training to nursing staffs). Front office staffs are
little rude.

Good experience as far as doctors are concerned. However, had a traumatic experience with the pathology department. My wife's uterus sample was sent by the hospital to Delhi (Lal path lab) for biopsy on 05/04/2016. The reports were scheduled to come in seven days, but the website kept showing "awaited" status even after 13 days. I kept asking the head of Pathology department and they didn't have any answer. In fact I was given all wrong information. The doctor in pathology department (Dr. T Ansari) was so casual and callous in his approach that he told me that the delay may be because of some complications and hence it might have been sent for an expert opinion. This information from the head of the department made us extremely nervous about the report. We went through a lot of mental trauma. Finally because of some contacts we could get the report directly from Delhi; however, the hospital staff still maintained that they had not received the report. The fact was that the report was sent by Delhi lab on time and the same was received by the Santevita pathology department 3 days back, but nobody had bothered to check the mail and upload the website. I visited the hospital and showed them the report that I had received on whatsapp directly from Delhi lab. Sad to say that they have not yet updated their website. The whole approach of the pathology staff is really appalling. How can the hospital staffs be so casual and callous in their approach.

The worst hospital possible. Have just made up a glossy exterior which is all hollow from interior. Inexperienced doctors. Their motto isn't to serve money, but to only make money. Consultancy fee & registration fee is a must to pay before but the service is zero. They just know how to fool patients. Don't ever visit this hospital. I request the got to shut down sch businesses with name of service.

This is the worst hospital ever. If you love your family, relatives then don't take them to this hospital. I consulted one doctor of this hospital around 2 years back who claimed to have MD degree for my father's cough and breathing problem. He prescribed many test and then after seeing reports, he confirmed that there is no problem and he is just having sinus problem and prescribed some medicines.My father took medicines but it was not controlled and after two months he got serious and we need to take him through different tests and then we got confirmed that he was suffering from lungs cancer. Doctors saw reports from santevita too and told that the reports itself is saying something is wrong and needs biopsy but doctor in santevita could not find that.Because of this I lost my father and everything. I can't do anything now other than to save more people like us by leaving this comment and request them not to get treated here.

My first experience at santevita hospital was good but in second time, they could have saved my mother life after thrombolysed, they could have saved her from brain infarction after doing thrombolysed but they have not done this and waited for brain infarction, because they dont have MRI fascility .
Due to lack of neurologist and Dr Ashutosh casual approach, not even bothered to take suggestion from neurologist to give right treatment within an hrs time .

After shifting to Medanta hospital and talking various neurologist of mumbai also i came to know this fact .

Dont even dare to admit nuero problem patient to santevita hospital, they have facility and in house neurologist and neurosurgen .

They dont have inhouse neurosurgen and neurologist .

Mr Shazshah, I feel sad that your mother could not be saved in spite of teaching hospital RIMS and best BJP government of our Shri Raguvar Das jee. Your mother was not at all a candidate for Thrombolysis which should be done in first four hours by neurologist. Hope google and doctors of mumbai at distance of 1800 km can throw more knowledge on this...
