For the subscription on june 2nd i paid rs5510 money got debited from my account and payment to healthifyme was not successful so then consultant asked me to pay again and then i paid again of same amount.. Then i claimed in my bank and they had processed it and they have informed that they have credited the amount to healthifyme. So i'm in need of refund. I raised many tickets and comtacted customer care multiple times till now i didn't receive even single call regarding this complaint. Im really frustrated because of this.
