Due to heavy rain in mumbai i cant reach at dadar bacaase loacal train reached late so my train left there for i filled td but TDR Refund not setteled my account till date But I have received a mail by IRCTC as With Reference to your TDR Filed against PNR No:[protected], for the refund o[censored]nused ticket, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Enhanced Coaching Refund System developed by Center for Railway Information Systems (IT Arm of Indian Railways) implemented in Indian Railways stating '(CNF, ActDep: 02/07/2014 14:35)TDR TIME OUTSIDE LIMIT FOR PNR - [protected]' and the reason being : "TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit."
