Myself Ashvini Ghayar Purchase Helex watch from New Time watch (Multibrand watch store) Mumbai Pune road Chinchwad Pune in Oct nov 2018 of Price Apr. Rs.3000 having belt some different look i asked at showroom at the time of Purchase is watch belt is replaceable told me sales person yes it was in our showroom only or Helex service Centre, since its leather belt after 4 to 5 month its broke, after some month within warranty period I approach same showroom for replacement of belt at that time they told me same should be replace to service Centre at Pune JM road after some time as i got time visit service Centre around Nov 2019 & big surprise for me people there told me watch belt was not replaceable you want to give back watch to company they will estimate ur watch value around 50% of price paid & if you can u purchase new one .as I heard this asked them then why should showroom sales person not told me about nonreplaced belt & this future about this watch they very rude to us & told ask at showroom. After that my husband went to showroom but unfortunately showroom was closed. That was straight way big fraud to customer by Helex company that within one year watch of around Rs 3000 useless & wastage of money which must be durable what middle class customer was expected while investing big money in watch that it must be for long period . at that time me & my husband angry too much & decide to go back showroom As me & my husband both working in different sector having 3 year child hardly got time for personal outside things unable to do follow ups. Now in 2nd Oct 2020 we went to same showroom in mind to purchase new watch & give back this old watch as we told at service Centre since we don’t have any option & not having time to fight. At showroom I told whole story ask them let me know option to purchase new watch they told me keep old watch with us will talk to service Centre & arrange things & let u know how much cost u got replaceable for old watch for you only select new watch accordingly we left with both bold & new watch . no response 1 week after continuous follow up finally my husband went to showroom to took new watch what worst again they told u got 40% discount on new watch of Rs. 1995 & have to pay remaining again they change their world that we got estimate value of our old watch as its company fault that belt was not replaceable . This mean we have loss of earlier watch appr. 3000 & again payment for purchase of new watch appr. 1200 total Rs 4200. See How makes full to customer along with watch distributor. How this companies CHEAT customer big fraud.
Also I am going to complaint same on consumer forum. Since I want to aware other customer about such fraud & not trust on sales person very careful to deal with such fraud watch company. Was this information helpful? |
