Mentioned below is the history of how Helios treat their customer and try to force their decisions irrespective of customer being at fault or not. I have been chasing Helios team from 2019 to resolve my issue with regards to my Tag Huer watch, mentioned below are all the communication exchanges. My 1st e-mail mentioned below dated 31st Aug 2020 narrates my grievance which was just half way to my pathetic experience with so called Helios a TATA brand. I am writing this e-mail with extreme disappointment at my end. I had given my watch for repair by the end of 2019 and got my watch back in Feb 2020 Within around 3 days I had to give my watch back in Feb 2020 itself for the same issue, since then I am not in possession of my watch.

With no fault of mine my 1 year warranty got wasted as the watch was lying with you first for not addressing the problem then by taking it back to rework on the same issue.

Looking forward for a positive response helping me define my approach towards getting my issue resolved. I am sure you wouldn't like to add to my discomfort and push me to a corner where I seek media and consumer forum support resolve my grievance.

I am attaching my warranty card for your reference.

Dear Team

Adding to my disappointment after delivering the watch you again had to take it back as it was again faulty. I never thought you will behave like a road side watch company and will neither take care of my grievance nor will compensate me for my financial loss and mental agony. Adding to my disappointment show me communication where you as a company took pain to update me/ approached me informing me of the progress.

I hope you understand that I had my sentiments attached with the watch as it was a gift from my wife now either you replace my watch and give me a new watch or refund my money with interest. I will not accept the watch till you close the matter as per my satisfaction.

Want to inform you, your Tag Heuer Watch received from Tag brand service center.Before send this watch Tag Heuer brand person called & informed you, they checked all parameters in watch & changed some parts also.Watch is working in proper condition & there is no issue in watch.
Watch is received in Helios Phoenix Mall, Pune & we also checked & the watch is working in proper condition.
Kindly request to you, Please collect your watch from Helios Store or if you want we can deliver at your place.
