I bought a smart watch online (Xank.in) on 18th of this month it got delivered on 23th. They watch i ordered was different and the watch they sent is different product is not start. From same day i'm trying to call them they always say 24hrs time if they answer my calls. Mostly they are avoiding my calls. I want a replacement or refund.
From 20th to till day i'm calling them they are not responding well.
Please help me out.
