Herbalife And Payumoney — Non delivery of product through money have been deducted

On 23.3.2020, i had placed an order for herballife product online. For online purchase, i had got registered on a website. The order was processed and money was debited on my credit card and credited to payumoney account sucessfully. Receipt to this effect is attached herewith. But, no confirmation to the effect of successful placement of order was received from the vendor. I waited for sometime but, no confirmation of receipt of order was received. Infact an error message was displayed on the screen.

I had immediately raised a complaint on my credit card website/ customer care center. However, still no solution is given. The payment was received by the payumoney with transaction number
