Complaint details : subject:- non reimbursement of my medical claim for inr1, 34000/ (Rupees one lakh and thirty four thousand only). Dear sir, the above bill was submitted by the undersigned long back to heritage health insurance wherein a injection charge (42) injections were duly administered as advised by the discharge certificate apollo gleneagles hospitals, kolkata. After which heritage health insurance advised that the injection bill did not accompany the claim form for which i again contacted the apollo pharmacy for duplicate cash memo and which apollo pharmacy duly obliged and accordingly were duly dispatched to heritage health insurance. Heritage india objected the matter and again advised me to submit not the duplicate cash memos of the injection. Again the cash memo for the injection were submitted. Now heritage health insurance not paying the bill amount. Now if insurance company like heritage india is adament not to reimburse the claim i am approaching to you to do justice in this matter.
