Your one of the staff talked rudely with the customers because of the delay of payment emi .
Is this type of behavior is acceptable in your company. It is unbelievable. And not acceptable for a costumer.
So i request you to take action against this employee otherwise i have to take legal action against it . Because if there is delay in making emi payments then i will pay extra money for compensation but there is no right of a employee to talk like this with me .. it is not acceptable.
So take action against it asap .
