I Want to tell you that i do not want to open my bike engine the peace which was given to us it was defect from the beginning many time my father complain near the local service center from the hero motor com he reply always write know your parts is new let them old when is old it will auto set up write know i am feed up and i need a new peace either returned my money. As today you said my father that we can do on your fervor only change the engine parts as the company policy. Note as the company policy there i clearly mention that the engine warranty is 5 years and if vecile move to 70000 km than warranty is finished . This is for your information i purchase my bike time only 2.5 years and write know as the defect in engine you said you will do your best for repair. Which i do not accepted in any manner. Note its show that from the beginning my father complain you do not take the legal action on it and write know your team is giving us the promise he will do his best for the repairing . i am waiting for your awaiting reply with immediate effect.
