My registered mobile number with hero is [protected], bike registration number is GJ05HU4509, now its cross the limit of tolarancy of i suffered and its disturb my routine also, check my details from you record how many times and how much extented i suffered? since from my first complain i am writing many issue is still not get resolved, looking into ocnsideration i think hero sell bike to just learn problem instead to serve to customer.still my bike get frquenty off, display get blank while pushing self start, after thst has to start with kick, due to this issue electronic system of bike get affected and will be injured, gear shifitng issue, has to push 2 times to shift the gear, Is it look like i purchased my bike to place at service center, when i visit for serviced my bike person told me that their is time remain to serviced your bike, when next time i visit he told me that your time period is over, what kind of staff you selected?
on my last visit for serviced, managertold me that its not shown that your bike get serviced till today? Is this my responsibility that servecer record shown in your system or not?Is i have access to to your system to check the record? Now its over of my limit and replaced my bike because i suffered too much, do for this action of replacement of bike to move me in compulsion with legal action for my hard eared money. my dealer is JALARAM HERO SURAT.
