Heromoto — regarding bike problem

I purchased a new bike splendor pluse on 7 november 2018. Today i am going somewhere. There was a problem in my bike on the way. I call hero customer care they provide me dealer contact no. I told my problem of dealer. They ask me we can not solve your problem. You can check your bike anywhere any shop. I face more difficulties. Where i stand there is no shop to repair bike
