Hewlett Packard India Sales Private Limited — My HP laptop not working and HP Technical Support/Sysnet Global arrogant to solve the waaranty claim

This was regarding HP Laptop with Serial Number CND1412G9T bought from HP Marina Mall Siruseri Chennai on 27-Jan-2022. I opened up the case ID [protected] with the HP Technical Support and Sysnet Global (HP Authorized Service Agent) refused to replace the SSD because of mismatch of serial number. Sysnet also took good feedback and got my signature. Now sysnet agent tell me to create a new case id but question is my issue is not solved. Second a new hp laptop bought does not work after 5 months o[censored]sage. What is the guarantee that it will work after warranty. of 1 year. Why should I call the HP agent again and again for new case. It is HP who is responsible to co-ordinate with its partner to solve the warranty claim. My mother blames me for my poor decision to buy hp laptop and she says that she warned me not to buy HP laptop. I deeply regret and losing trust on the brand.
