Hi, I am jakeer . i have left feb-2019 from hexaware . my pf has not transferred to my current organization. it is appearing that " pending with previous employer. it has almost reached 2 years, I have sent lot of mails to pfhexaware team. but i didn't get any reply from them. so please help on this

Left from Hexaware on Oct 2017, raised a PF transfer request from EPFO portal on oct 2020, still the claim status showing as pending in EPFO portal. Sent around 10 to 12 repeated email to process the same but no response from Hexaware end. They are earning crores of money every day..but they are not releasing our hard earned PF money. Instead keeping our money they can beg in the road. To look at this incident beggers are far better than...

This is Madan Chakravarthy Agastyaraju Ex employee 37808 of Hexaware Chennai i left Hexaware in Oct 2018 and raised a request for my PF transfer after a month in 2019 and now its almost 2 years i could see status in EPFO site as pending with Previous Employer and now i have no any mail contact details to reach them.

I resigned on 8th july, 2020. I was to get my mediclaim refund amount as was told. I was told I will get in August. I tried contacting them, no one replied. Then reply came that you will be getting amount in january 2021. In feb again I asked they told you will be getting in couple of weeks. Its march. No one is responding for mails. Its been 1 year from hexaware, no one is telling when I will get amount and why so delay. After some days...

I have sent the pf transfer request with 6 months back and submitted all the necessary documents to office.

And then sent email to [protected]@hexaware.com for multiple times more than 10 to 15 times.Always they said it will be processed within next 15 days.
I don't know how many fifteen days it should required, Its very annoying for me.
Please resolve this asap.

Sent mail regarding PF transfer almost 5 times. No reply from the PF team. Since PF is handle by trust I cannot process transfer through epfo login.

WORST Response from the PF admin. Not helping. I came out of this company 1year back still not helping me to transfer the PF.

Hi,

I would like to bring to the notice my case, that I was given an offer by Hexaware and my DOJ was in May 2020 for Pune Location, but I was informed at the very last moment saying the date will be deferred due to pandemic.

Then, I have been taking many follow ups for the new joining date but haven't received any acknowledgement from the HR Team for months. Now, it's been more than 6 months and I'm still waiting...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken my communication test on 30 November. I received a mail on December 1 st at 7:12 AM regarding the next exam learning agility test. I was asked to complete the test between 10AM to 12PM on December 1st itself.
But unfortunately the mail was pushed to promotions by Gmail. So I was unable to see the mail on time. After seeing the mail I have immediately started and submitted my test at 1:15 PM.I didn't...

I qualified for the interview and then gave the communication test. But after that i received an email about learning agility test in my promotions and not the primary inbox. So I missed the test. I request you to reschedule the test. And make sure mails are always sent to primary inbox...

Hi I am Previous employee of Hexaware who worked between 2018 to 2019.
I request for transferring my PF amount to the current working company.
I initiated the request two months (AUG, 2020) but still it is pending with the HEXAWARE TECH.

No one is replying through email /picking the call. There is no way to contact them now. Please help me on this.
