Hexaware Technologies — No offer letter after confirming positive candidature

I completed my interview and received positive feedback for my candidature on 6th of July 2023.
Even salary discussion completed and there was an mutual agreement considering project budget.
It been almost 2 months now and I have still not received any offer details.
Please take necessary actions.
