Hexaware Technologies — Not Accepting the PF Transfer Request

Hi I am Previous employee of Hexaware who worked between 2018 to 2019. I request for transferring my PF amount to the current working company. I initiated the request two months (AUG, 2020) but still it is pending with the HEXAWARE TECH. No one is replying through email /picking the call. There is no way to contact them now.
