Pest control service was booked with the company which was scheduled on 4 skept 2016 at 10 am. However nobody turned up till 11.15. In the meanwhile I had emptied the entire kitchen after a tiresome effort of 2 hours n I also had to send my 2 year old baby out so that the work cOulld be done. As a measure of caution with my baby I had planned to get this done early in the morning n then come back in the evening so that my baby doesn't inhale the fumes. This was informed to the company while making the bookings. The company personnel failed to turn up till 2 pm. Hence I was required to keep the baby out till late night. when I called up the supervisor he said at 11.52 that technician shall reach in 20 minutes however the technician didn't reach till 1 and at 1 when he finally picked the phone he said that my address was not in his que. I again called the supervisor he said he will recheck n call back. When he called back 1.15 he said there was a mistake he will arrange somebody else. This has caused me a lot of stress n anxiety n hence there should be action taken against the company Was this information helpful? |
