Hi I ordered a product vide order I'd 11626. on 26th Dec through Beat flow for a advertisement which came on facebook . I got this product on 31st december whcih was delivered by Ekart . When i checked with ekart they told me that have tied up with this merchant " Shiv trading / Today cart ". I have written a lot of email from 31st december to them but in vain not a single revert. I have written a lot emails to "[protected]@gmail.com" no reply till date . have paid 1600 for thsi product will urge you all to get me my refund and ensure such business are stopped . attached are pick of the order confirmation which i received on email from them and the picture of the product i got . they claimed to ship a bose buetooth ear pd but have sent a wired earphone .
urge you to pls take this up with them and get my refund on prirotiy .
