Sir, i have lose broadband conection to my home due to the damage of cable wire or some box.. From last ten days.. But the company has not taken any action... At last i have lodged a complaints on 08.05.2020 & 10.05.202 vide my complaint nos.104254&104354 through my cell no. [protected] and so also on sevaral phone call reprasentations to the company employees... Even thouhg the company has not taken any action till today.. Kindly immediate necessary action and solve the problem..
