Hi Reach Broadband — Continuously interrupted services

I am continuously facing interupted services from karimnagar, telangana state hireachbroadband company. At the time of taking connection we are paid 6 month rental. I was loss some money and mental peaceful due to interupted service. More times i was given complaints. But not respond properly. Take action and compensation paid due to interupted services.

It's not connecting but it showing signals an I'm not able to connect?

Please provide fast internet I just connected to Internet but I don't access to any browser .my login Id is ghariprasad_wgl. Or please request a repair please do it fast
