Hi i am arjun ray, i have requested for broadband connection on 02/10/2016 under the receipt no 61951. The executive name is ravinder. I told him that i need the connection on same day which is 02/10/2015 because i have to do some official work from home. He promised me the same and he have taken the 1000 cash and 1645 as check. I called same day in the evening and he responded my call he told that i have some urgent work to do so, your connection will be given by[protected] by 11 am, i waited till 11 no body came, then i called on same number and other person was receiving the call he told that ravinder is on leave. Today i have loss of 25000 because i had to made the call to the client to us... I don not want the connection and also i need all the money back with check and 25000 penalty to hi reach broadband.

From past 1 week i am getting net speed less than 1 mbps for a plan of 15 mbps
