Hi Reach Broadband — fup and other internet disconnection issues

The company ls fibernet has merged to hi reach broadband from there i am not able to get the right service from them. So i would like to complain to consumer for disconnection of my internet. Please help me with this. After merging the companies they are giving burden on the customers. The company is changing fup i want to get before means it is not giving the fup that i should get. And other thing is that due to the companies merge the customer (We) are facing lot of problems without any intimations given by them. Thank you.

Good morning
I have been using this reach broad band connection since 2 years. The speed they told is about 20mbps but I can get only 2_3 mpbs. When I complain they don't even respond for this. And I always have problem with login page.. So please help me out with this issues
