Hi, my net connection since 5month and i am complaint 500+times, i already login but net not working download upload 0.0. Kbs..., daily 6pm to morning 9am net not working, just tell me one thing u provide day service only or 24hrs service it's a joke or what. I am already complaint customer care and they said ur problem registered and it's automatically resolve but i still have facing problem. Its my last msg still continue diz problem i am complaint customer court

My ID is srinivasulu_mlg. My subscription is valid till July, 19. I had to shift to Hyderabad on my official transfer.The company is creating trouble in shifting my broadband connection.
Shift my connection from Hanamkonda to F.No 501/B, Legend Apts, Behind Hotel Toursi, Kachiguda, Hyderabad 500027.

I am complaint more than 8 times in 5 days. They are not giving proper responcible to me. Worstest Custemer service. When Am talking to customer exicutive she cut the call .

Reach broadband is worest broadband .
