I have taken the new connection in Patancheru as we shifted here...we paid for 6 months subscription..now continues there is connection issues... every time I call to customer care they say fiber cut issue...iam fed up with this...when I asked for the refund and cancel the connection they are saying it's not possible...there is no procedure for cancellations...please help me in is regard
