Hi Reach Broadband — poor service and deny to refund the advance deposit amount

I am a customer of hi reach broadband for the last four months. I have deposited an advance for one year. But since they start the connection, never they provide good service since then. Also i am tired of complaining. But till date their service is not as per expectations. When i asked for disconnection and refund of my advanced amount. They refused to refund me back. Neither they are providing better service nor they disconnect and refund me the amount. Kindly do the needful. The customer care no of that company is [protected].
