I have been using hireach broadband internet since 11 months. I took 1 year package which is valid till aug 17 for rupees 8, 050. From the very beginning i am facing lot of difficulty with the connectivity. The connection is disconnecting frequently (Once in every 2 days). I used to complaint them every day about the disconnection, every time i call them they would say it wont happen again but the same issue repeats. There is no permanent solution for this issue till now. From the last 2 months this issue has become more serious i. E., connection is disconnecting almost every day.
If i want to use the internet for any urgent/important work i have to go to my relatives house or internet café which is costing me a lot and there is waste of money and time. Though i have my internet connection in my house i am not able to use it in my need. I want you to take action on them about their services and make them to find a permanent resolution for the issue mentioned. If possible i want to file a case against them and get my payment back which i wasted paying them. Was this information helpful? |
