Hi Reach Broadband — Unethical behaviour, No response, Impolite Customer care executives

On 29th June, 2020, my internet cable broke and I raised multiple requests to replace the cable. It's been almost a week and they haven't resolved the issue. Every time I raise a request, they close the ticket without resolving the issue. The customer care executives are very rude and they had disconnected the call several times while I'm still talking to them. Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour.
