Hi Reach Broadband — worst internet service provider

Address: Kismatpur, Hyderabad, Telangana

I have taken a 12 month package. Used it for 5 months. I want my remaining 7 months refund. I don't want to continue with this service provider. Customer care is very useless. Technicians are very helpless. Internet is down for most of the days. I don't want to continue with this.. I want to shift to different broadband. Please refund the remaining 7 months fee.

Worst Customer care services. And there is no Internet access for most of the days . Even though I have taken a 14 month package. I want my refund. I don't want to continue with this service provider .
WORST INTERNET SERVICE - WORST CUSTOMER CARE (NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES REPLY, NOR DO THEY SEND ANY TECHNICIANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM ) .NO INTERNET ACCESS FOR MOST OF THE DAYS.
