’I have bought a 43 inch Hi seance TV on may 15th of 2021 at Reliance digital, Sree Hema durga mall uppal Hyderabad . I’ve also bought a extended warranty for 2+3 year total of 5 years. On April 14th 2022 video is not viable on my TV. Have contact reliance customer support &they sent a technician, he said that panel was damaged and say that it can not replacement due to unavailable of spar parts .now they requesting to buy new TV, which i can't accept at all. Since i paid extra money for extra warranty. Then why i have to pay money again and buy TV. what is this ??? Have never expected such low class product from Reliance digital . I’ve extended warranty even . No proper response from the from hi seance and reliance digital support
