I paid rs.15700/- to hi5 services for renewing my car insurance. They gave me a false promise on the idv value and didnt renewed my car insurance within the renewal date. Later their representative is not responding properly and fortunately i was able to get his manager syed ibrahim contact number. Syed promised to take care of the car insurance and upon frequent followup and numerous phone calls they renewed my car insurance. It took about 1 month. The worst thing is they reduced idv of my car value without my consent. Also the premium value is rs.13915/-. Now syed and his company owes an refund of rs.1785/- to me. Almost 2 months gone and they are not ready to refund the amount. As usual they started to show their real cheating face without responding calls and false commitments. Please help me to get my amount back and also request to take necessary actions on hi5 insurance services.
