Dear Sir / Madam,
Sub: Complaint. @nd Service not provided after several appointments & Commitments.
I, Shashikant Jagtap, residing currently residing at I – 837, Brigade Cosmopolis, Near Forum Neighborhood Mall, Whitefield Main Road, Bangalore 560066, wish to state as under:
1. I confirm that my Registered Mobile Number is [protected]. I have been Hi care pest services customer for over 15 years for my Mumbai, Ahmedabad & now the Bangalore residences.
2. I confirm that the current service is required at my current address I – 837, Brigade Cosmopolis, Whitefield Main Road, Bangalore 560066.
3. The Company has failed to provide the 2nd pest control service coach roach & ants to me after making several appointments in last week Sept ‘23 & 1st week Oct ’23.
4. First appointment in last week of Sept ’23 was not honoured. There was a call from Hi care office cell No.[protected], stating that the “hygiene expert was busy could not reach”. They mad a new appointment for 26th or 27th Sept ’23.
5. Your Mr. Edwin called up from Cell No. [protected] regretting that the service could not be provided on the appointment date & time.
6. A fresh appointment was made for 29th Sept ’23.
7. On 29th Sept ’23 there was a call to regret that the service could not be provided that day because of “Bangalore Bandh”.
8. I asked for appointment for the next day 30th Sept ’23. I was told that the hygiene experts were busy because of “Month end”.
9. Monday, 2nd Oct ’23, was quoted as public holiday so I asked for appointment for 3rd Oct Tuesday between 3.00 to 5.00 PM. Nobody turned up for the service.
10. I have lost count of the number appointments that were made and not honoured. There was no commination from Hi Care. I had given up.
11. But today, 10th Oct ’23, 14.02 hrs I received WhatsApp Msg prompting to book a new appointment.
12. The first appointment available was for the 18th Oct ’23.
13. This does not work for me as I am leaving Bangalore on 15th Oct ’23. I shall not be available for the next 2 months to avail the service.
14. By the time I return to my house after 2 months my house will be infested with pest.
15. This is not acceptable to me.
Please ensure that the 2nd pest service to be provided latest by 13th Oct ’23 or 14th Oct ’23.
