Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Himsuta AC Volvo /SCANIA 2+2

Respected sir,
It is to inform you that I have booked 2 seats in Himsata Ac volvo from haridwar to
mandi(bus Number:HP66A2577) dated 26/02/2021 having departure time 06:00 (from haridwar).The cost of the ticket consisting of two seats was Rs.3078.
But the bus broke down at nahan due to which we have to switch to an ordinary bus which arrived after waiting for 2hs whose cost is approx 600 each.
So, we want the refund of Rs.1800(approx) at your earliest .
