I booked a trip from Delhi to Spiti valley for 5 person, It was a complete package which includes all the transportation, hotel bookings with meals and toll and parking charges. I must say It was the worst experience I ever had. whatever they committed was not fulfilled. They provided us the driver who was inexperienced and never visited spiti valley route by saying that he is an experienced one and visited spiti 5 -6 times. Cab provided by them was not in good condition, one window was not working and back seat seat belts were damaged. on the very first day they changed the hotel in Manali from some 3 category hotel to a 0 category hotel due to non availability of rooms in that hotel. and they promised us the sight seeing in manali for Solang valley and other places but driver denied going as he was tired and couldn't drive more. his behavior was also very unprofessional, he used to stop the car at only those locations where his commission was fixed. after one day only they asked for the full payment but after seeing this kind of service I told them that I can make the partial payments as your quality of service is full of doubt, on this the agent started making threatening comments which was a complete turnoff specially when you are on a leisure trip. we made the full payments and after that the services which we got were unacceptable are listed below.
- hotels were not informed before hand about our arrivals, we had to wait for hours for our hotel rooms
- Rooms provided in the hotel were of extreme low category
- changes of hotel at the last moment without informing us
- unprofessional behavior by the driver, he didn’t let us do the sight seeing by telling us that we need to reach on time
- driver was inexperienced to drive on such roads putting our lives on risk
- Cab was not clean and untidy, seat belts and windows were not working properly
- the rohtang pass fees was Rs550 and driver asked us to make a payment of Rs2500 by saying that he has done it on black.
- threatening comments by agent on making payment otherwise anything can happen to you in that area as he has people over there
I even tried to contact the owner of the Firm Mr Yash, Even he said that I dont look after all this if you concerns then talk to my agent. these new startups dont have experience and they are making false commitments to customers. Overall my experience was very bad and I will make sure that I never book any package online where they charge customers by promising the good service where after making the payments they forget everything.
