Hello Team,
I have worked HGS in Feb 2019 and left on April 2019 due to my father demise I couldn't serve the notice period hence I quit the job.
But now I need the reliving letter because of background verification also my new company date of joining was Nov 6 2023 due to the reliving letter DOJ has been postponed.
I already sent email to [protected]@teamhgs.com and they had requested me to pay the recovery amount that also been paid attached the reference in this complaint based out of that payroll team sent an confirmation email of my joining and leaving date for that I thank you much
But after that I haven't recieved any respond from them also not received the letter had visited office more than 4 times but receptionist saying that payroll team is on leave more than 5 days.
